Stocking Team Associate

Overview Job title: Stocking Associate at Walmart Supercenter. This role involves unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and spending the majority of time in the backroom. The position is part-time with overnight shifts available. Responsibilities Unload trucks and stock new freight. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be necessary. Compensation Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour; actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premiums may apply in specific circumstances, from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
