Who We’re Looking For: As a key member of the Urology team, the Senior Director of Global Marketing, Diagnostic Urology is accountable for the global strategy and management of the Diagnostic Urology portfolio at Laborie. This role will have responsibility for the urodynamics, flexible cystoscopy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, bladder ultrasound, overactive bladder, and stress urinary incontinence markets. The Senior Director will be responsible to plan, prioritize, coordinate and report on all portfolio related activities and lead the team to effectively execute strategic objectives to achieve targets . About the Role: Develop, coach, and lead the global marketing team . O versee the development and implementation of product roadmap from innovation/sustaining to commercialization or rationalization. Leverage market insights and opportunities in close partnership with region leaders to determine investment strategy , and global mix . Effectively lead the Urology diagnostic portfolio through critical business processes including Quarterly Business Reviews, Quality Reviews, Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Market Assessment and Annual Strategic Plan. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field . 9+ years of professional marketing and/or sales work experience with in a global matrixed environment . Demonstrated success in the delivery of global new product development, sustaining activities, and commercialization. Preferred Qualifications: MBA from accredited university preferred .
