Interim Director of Finance, Controller | Hospital | Travel Position POST NUMBER: 289455

Our Vaco team is seeking a readily available Senior Accounting/Finance leader that brings for-profit hospital expeirence (acute care). This is an interim role, estimated 3-6 months, with likelihood to go longer. This is an on-site role, which means 100% travel to a site in Arkansas, with expenses reimbursed. This role is 75% accounting (month end close), 25% finance (reporting, budgeting). This Controller/Director of Finance will serve as a key resource for the hospital CFO and regional leaders in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, AP review, budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, daily reporting (revenue, cash, census). We are seeking finance leaders with the following: 5 years of proven finance and accounting experience, with 2 years in a for-profit hospital or physician care environment Proven ability to be hands-on with month-end close process (journal entries, reconciliations) Bachelor's degree in finance, or similar Strong expertise in Excel (Pivots, LOOKUPS, queries) Readily available, willing to travel (to AR), and able to commit to 3 months Our consultants have access to our benefits and 401K options, as well as our extensive network of resources, including professional development, holiday and bonus opportunities, and more. *This is an interim/contract position, yielding 40 hours/week.
