As a key member of our service team, the Automotive Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services.
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve service department goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
