Manufacturing Materials Coordinator (AVC) - 1st Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Materials Coordinator (AVC) - 1st Shift to join our team.

The hourly rate for this position is $22 per hour.

What you'll do:

The Material Handler Coordinator will ensure material availability at point of use to designated zone of product line. Kit all parts per the Bill of Material for a work center and ensure they are available prior to assembly start. Frequently check the accuracy of bills of materials and work towards improving their accuracy.


In this function you will:
• Pull BOM Packets and sort through them for drawings and information
• Assist with parts expedites as needed
• Drive Fork truck if needed to get parts and move units
• Responsible for ensuring that finished jobs are moved In and out of the final assembly area in a timely manner.
• Performs daily inventory check for magnum and NRX breakers.
• Arranges materials to meet production schedules.
• Manage pallet WIP with B2.
• Pull BOM Packets and sort through them for drawings and information.
• Assist in unpacking and loading of all NRX and Magnum breakers.
• Collecting and arranging tester drawings as well as sending completed packets to engineering.
• Assist team lead in setting the 5s standard in final assemble.
• Assist in unloaded jobs from midline and arranging them in final assembly.
• Coordinating with shipping to move jobs out of test.


Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. from accredited institution is required
• Two years of direct manufacturing experience or equivalent
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification
