The ideal candidate will possess: the ability to provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions; one to three (1-3) years of customer service or inside sales experience; basic computer/order entry skills; experience in the flooring industry is a plus; ability to maintain a clean and organized environment; ability to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities: Receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipments, process returns; Provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions; Basic cash handling; Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom areas; Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits; Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents; Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
