Lead Barista
Lead barista responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with onboarding, taking orders, maintaining product knowledge, serving food and beverages, adhering to liquor laws, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring communication with management.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, food handling and beverage certifications, related cafe or hospitality experience, and the ability to navigate computers and POS systems.
