Sparta, MI | 1st Shift | $20.00/hour Competitive Benefits Include: Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) Match HSA with Company Contribution Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays About the Opportunity Spec Tool Company, Inc. is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Sparta, MI. This is a hands-on role supporting the accurate and timely flow of materials and finished products throughout our manufacturing operation. If you're organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in getting the details right , we'd like to hear from you! What You'll Do Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect incoming items for damage or discrepancies Prepare, pack, label, and document outgoing shipments Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal systems Organize pallets and warehouse materials Communicate with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support timely order fulfillment Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Follow company safety, quality, and operating procedures What We're Looking For Shipping and receiving experience preferred Experience packing Inventory control experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Good communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping/inventory software Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods Manufacturing or industrial experience is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent preferred About Spec Tool Company Spec Tool Company, Inc. is a specialized cutting tools manufacturer located in Sparta, Michigan , serving customers in aerospace, automotive, petroleum, medical, woodworking, and other industries .
