Branch Operations Manager

Branch Operations Manager OXARC has been providing welding and industrial supplies, as well as, medical and specialty gases since 1968. OXARC is headquartered in Spokane, Washington with 23 stores in WA, ID and OR. Job Summary Responsible for profitability and growth of the business, overseeing sales, distribution, and operations as well as staff functions at assigned Southeast Region Branches. Duties Include Accountable for performance and profit and loss results of branches. Ensures efficient management of staff schedule and operations. Involved in establishing and updating processes and procedures to ensure staff performs job duties in compliance with Safety, and other applicable government regulations. Oversees the process of setting inventory level targets to meet customer and sales expectations. Plans for future needs and monitors production/labor levels to ensure continued efficiency. Reviews plant/ branch/ area/ product reports and provides executive management with analysis and recommendations for business improvements based on such analysis. Performs customer site visits and handle issues that are high impact and/or are elevated for resolution. Requirements include 10 years of experience in the industrial gas industry or related managerial experience. Possess in-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each. Must be knowledgeable in all regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA. Ability to communicate well with customers, employees, and management. Must possess excellent written and verbal skills. Occasionally be required to lift up to 80 pounds Must have valid Drivers License with good driving record. Drug screen and background check required. Salary Range Expected hiring salary is $80,000/ann. - DOE. (Depending on experience) (The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $80,000-$100,000 annually.)
