Join Our Team: New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (NPT PM)What You’ll DoAs the NPT PM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of product launch initiatives within manufacturing. You’ll lead complex programs, aligning teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to bring cutting-edge products to maturity.Your key responsibilities will include: • Own the Program: Drive the success of new product transitions within scope, budget, and schedule—as defined by the Business Unit (BU) and PDP process. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across NPI/NPT Engineers, Materials PMs, DFX, Manufacturing, Supplier Engineering, and the BU. • Pilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones. • Problem-Solve at Scale: Resolve operational challenges between the BU, NPI teams, and Volume Manufacturing. • Drive Commercialization Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve designs and manufacturability. • Mitigate Risk: Analyze product readiness and proactively address risks to ensure smooth production ramp. • Engage Leadership: Deliver high-level presentations and strategic updates to senior stakeholders. • Own the Details: Define project scopes, develop schedules, plan resources, and track budgets and deliverables. • Facilitate Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline processes and elevate cross-team collaboration. • Coordinate Execution: Organize and lead meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through across teams.What You BringWe’re looking for a strong communicator, team leader, and problem-solver with a solid foundation in manufacturing and program management.Required Qualifications: • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management processes. • Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across engineering, operations, and executive leadership. • Strong leadership in matrixed environments with the ability to manage complexity, priorities, and stakeholder expectations. • Experience managing technical programs with measurable business impact. • Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent).Preferred Skills: • Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience. • PMP or Scrum certification. • Experience with SAP. • Background in the semiconductor industry is a plus.⸻⸻Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
