Location: 6470 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop client service and administrative Associates Own scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development Step in on conflict resolution and client de-escalation; build a strong team culture Keep client flow smooth and resolve non-medical concerns quickly Manage office operations — supplies, phone systems, basic IT troubleshooting Keep records accurate and ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols Oversee budgeting, purchasing, deposits, A/R, and billing Partner with leadership on marketing and digital presence What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years supervisory experience in a client-facing role 3+ years in finance or accounting Veterinary industry experience a plus, Emergency/specialty veterinary even better Comfortable lifting 40 lbs, sitting and being on your feet, and thriving in a fast pace Schedule: Full-time; weekend availability required Compensation: $68,000–$75,000 base, negotiable based on experience, education, and credentials Benefits: VCA offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and professional development of its associates.
