Maintenance Technician (Industrial Manufacturing)

Golden, CO $36-$40/hr + Overtime

3rd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Paid 30-minute lunch
• Every other Saturday as needed
• Additional overtime available during peak production periods

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform maintenance on conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
• Work with 3-phase/480V electrical equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
• Perform light welding and fabrication work as needed
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes, and motors
• Experience working with industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase/480V
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• MIG and Stick welding experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or heavy industrial environments

• Corrugated packaging or box plant experience
• PLC troubleshooting
• VFD experience
• Conveyor maintenance and repair

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden, CO.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
