We're hiring for Production Workers in Gordonsville, TN . What you'll do:- Assemble products according to specifications
- Cross-train on multiple production lines and processes
- Track and report production numbers accurately
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Help meet daily production goals as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and consistent work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
- Days/hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
