Account Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships within the Las Vegas market. This role focuses on building relationships with law firms and attorneys, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and account management.The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience, a strong understanding of CRM tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and acquire new clients, law firms, practice groups, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, law firms, and key decision-makers.Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling, upselling, and additional service opportunities.Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to achieve revenue, sales, and gross profit targets.Conduct regular in-person client meetings, presentations, and consultative sales discussions.Attend legal industry events and networking opportunities to generate referrals and expand market presence.Develop strategic territory and account plans to prioritize high-value prospects and growth opportunities.Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, pricing, negotiations, and closing.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position services effectively.Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and follow-up activities.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of direct sales experience; 3 or more years preferred.At least 2 years of experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, closing sales, and achieving sales targets.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to build relationships through in-person meetings and professional networking in the Las Vegas market.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling services to law firms, attorneys, or other legal industry professionals.Background in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, or territory sales.Experience in consultative selling, account growth, and strategic business development.Please note: This position is fully onsite and requires the candidate to work from the client's office in Las Vegas, Nevada .
