CNC Lathe Operator

Responsible for operating advanced Swiss-style CNC lathes to manufacture precision components. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth, with initial training on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 3rd shift.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor sophisticated Swiss CNC machines
• Review and interpret blueprints and part drawings with precision
• Conduct thorough quality checks using precision measuring equipment
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring part accuracy
• Perform routine machine maintenance tasks

Requirements include:

• Previous experience with Multi Spindle Multi-Axis Machines
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
• Measuring tool experience
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong attendance record
