We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support a growing private higher education institution in Anaheim, California. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with prospective students, managing active lead pipelines, and helping drive enrollment results in a fast-moving environment. The position is onsite and offers part-time hours, making it a strong fit for a results-oriented team member who can balance relationship-building with consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective students from warm lead sources and guide them through the enrollment process with clear, persuasive communication.
• Promote the school’s academic programs and value proposition in a way that encourages interest, trust, and next-step action.
• Work through a high-volume pipeline of existing and newly generated leads to reduce backlog and improve response times.
• Conduct outreach activities designed to increase enrollment conversions while maintaining a supportive and student-focused experience.
• Track candidate and lead interactions accurately within the applicant tracking or recruitment system used by the organization.
• Partner with internal team members onsite to align outreach efforts with enrollment goals and daily priorities.
• Maintain organized follow-up practices to ensure no promising lead is overlooked during the recruitment cycle.
• Contribute to the growth of the recruiting function by supporting ongoing recruitment and enrollment objectives in a developing team structure.• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, admissions, enrollment, sales, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume environment that requires persistence, urgency, and strong follow-up habits.
• Ability to communicate program offerings clearly and build interest through consultative conversations.
• Comfortable working onsite in Anaheim, California on a part-time schedule of approximately 20–30 hours per week.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system or similar recruitment database; transferable platform experience is acceptable.
• Results-driven approach with the confidence to manage outreach, overcome objections, and support enrollment goals.
• Prior experience in education, adult learning, or higher education is preferred.
• Detail-oriented presence and ability to work effectively in a business casual environment.
