Product Sales Specialist

Job Summary Works directly with Sales to develop proposals, support sales efforts, manage documentation and provide strategic support throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities Develop and partner proposals for prospective clients. Support Sales through collateral development, research, meeting preparation and follow-up. Provide strategic support during prospect research, preliminary calls, RFP, presentations, prospect visits, meetings, and contracts. Serve as liaison to coordinate sales strategy with other departments, vendors, and partners. Manage all sales documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and availability. Provide updates and reports of prospects to Senior Management. Create and provide reports and updates on the sales pipeline in response to requests. Assist in presentation of information to internal and external executives or clients. Communicate calendar updates and prospect updates for sales reporting. Maintain knowledge of the product/service portfolio and changes in the payments industry. Demonstrate knowledge of select applications, modules, and Value‑Added Products (VAP) offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 4 years of relevant experience (preferably 6 years). Prior experience in the payments industry. Strong knowledge of the payment industry. Excellent communication, problem solving, and strategic partnership skills. Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
