Job Summary The Customer Service and Sales Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services, and overcome customer objections. Ensure the customer receives world‑class customer service and sales support. Responsibilities Consult with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services. Overcome customer objections to drive sales. Ensure the customer receives world‑class customer service and sales support. Qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with customers. Strong multitasking skills. Ability to upsell and overcome objections. High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
