Legacy Residential is currently seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent for a 500 unit residential property located in PG County.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and greet prospective residents Provide tours and promote attractive features / amenities Explain rental rates and income qualifications for a conventional community Record visitor traffic and leasing status into the database, follow up with prospects after viewing units or submitting applications Process applications, prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports Take ownership of marketing the property through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in multifamily residential property management Apartment leasing experience Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly, outgoing and display a positive upbeat attitude Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone Bi‑Linguistic skills, knowledge of tax credit, fair housing laws, safety issues and/or a working knowledge of property management software are a PLUS Legacy Residential is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
