Job Title: Concrete Lead (TRAVELLING ROLE!)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Lead to lead residential and/or commercial concrete projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This position requires hands-on leadership, quality workmanship, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews on residential and commercial job sites

• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure productivity and quality

• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications

• Ensure proper forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete

• Operate and oversee the use of concrete tools and equipment

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on concrete experience (residential or commercial)

• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placement

• Ability to manage and motivate a crew

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the work week

Work Environment

• Travelling to surrounding states by Iowa, some projects are in Iowa as well

• Stayin gin a hotel that is paid for Monday-Friday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iowa City, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
