We are looking for a motivated, energetic dietary aide to join our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. As a dietary aide with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen. We are looking for motivated individuals to help service residents in our independent living dining room. Typically this is a 4-7:30pm position with ability to work other hours as needed. This position requires a dedicated, polite, respectful individual who is not afraid of hard work and likes being part of a team. We arrive together and leave together as the daily tasks are completed to the specifications of the job under the leadership of your supervisor. We are flexible in our scheduling and teach many life skills such as serving table, customer service, pleasant interactions with residents and team building within our dining department. Assisting with meal service, setting and bussing tables in the dining room and assisting the cook as needed with food preparation and cleaning. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What we're looking for: Must-haves: The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills. Nice-to-haves: Prior food service experience is preferred. Have excellent communication and organization skills. Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Where you'll be working: Redeemer Health - Lafayette in Philadelphia, PA 19111 Compensation Range Pay rate starts at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based upon experience.
