Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar supportive educational role
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, educators, and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom management and instructional support
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, adapting materials and activities to individual needs
• Support students with special needs and help implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Assist in monitoring student behavior and fostering a safe, supportive classroom climate
• Prepare instructional materials, organize activities, and participate in classroom events
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance the educational experience
