Financial Analyst

Job Overview Finance Analyst supporting NewMexico Manufacturing Factory Operations. The role supports forecasting, financial close, and financial reporting for the factory’s operations, ensuring financial stability and efficiency. Responsibilities Close the books and analyze variances and trends. Develop financial forecasts consistent with the organization’s business objectives. Partner with the Back End Finance team and site Operations. Maintain Intel legal files and complete financial process requirements. Own and drive process efficiency and improvement; develop performance metrics and analytics. Identify and influence cost reduction initiatives. Drive system automation and business process efficiency improvements. Coordinate all budget planning and close activities. Provide strategic finance support to site Operations Managers. Interface with local Levels of Management, customer finance, and division finance on cost‑reduction strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or related fields with a Bachelor’s degree, or 0 years of experience with a Master’s degree. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights. Experience with enterprise financial systems and tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar platforms. Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership. Proactive mindset; enthusiastic about identifying and driving process improvements. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends to support strategic decision‑making.
