Content Marketing Manager

About The Role The Content Marketing Manager owns the content engine for a technology business, translating complex products, data infrastructure, and customer problems into clear content that attracts qualified audiences and supports conversion. The role will build an editorial strategy across SEO, product marketing, demand generation, and brand. This position partners with product, sales, lifecycle marketing, and design to turn research and technical expertise into content that ranks, earns trust, and contributes to pipeline. Key Responsibilities Build and manage an editorial calendar spanning long-form guides, technical blogs, case studies, landing pages, email content, webinars, and social campaigns Develop SEO strategies using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4; identify keyword opportunities and improve organic traffic and conversion Interview subject-matter experts, customers, and product leaders to create accurate content about software, APIs, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data, or related technology topics Write, edit, and brief internal or freelance contributors while maintaining consistent messaging, voice, technical accuracy, and accessibility standards Partner with product marketing and demand generation to map content to buyer stages, personas, campaigns, and conversion paths in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms Measure content performance through organic traffic, engagement, assisted conversions, MQLs, and pipeline influence; use reporting to prioritize and improve the content portfolio Manage content projects from brief through publication, coordinating with design, web, legal, and subject-matter experts to deliver assets on schedule What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of content marketing, editorial, SEO, or demand-generation experience, preferably in B2B or B2C technology Demonstrated ability to create and optimize content for technical audiences, including software, SaaS, cloud, data, developer, or cybersecurity products Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work across multiple formats Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to support campaign measurement and lead conversion Highly organized project manager who can manage multiple content workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and external contributors Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field; Bonus: experience with technical writing, content operations, AI-assisted workflows, HTML/CSS, or developer-focused marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
