You\'ll own the end-to-end settlements function - reconciling volumes, managing counterparty statements, and ensuring every barrel is priced, settled, and closed on time. Job Details What you\'ll own End-to-end crude oil and NGL volume settlements — reconciling nominations vs. actuals across a massive pipeline and terminal network Monthly settlement statements, counterparty invoicing, and run ticket reconciliation with pricing contracts Quality and volume adjustments (gravity, BS&W, measurement variances) applied to settlement calculations Month-end close for the settlements function with tight deadlines and zero margin for error Leading and developing a team of analysts — building SOPs, controls, and a culture of accuracy Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Trading, Operations, and Finance leadership What you bring 5+ years of settlements, revenue accounting, or midstream accounting experience in oil & gas Deep familiarity with crude oil or NGL commercial contracts, pricing indices, and volume measurement Experience managing a team and driving month-end close processes Proficiency with midstream ERP/accounting platforms (e.g., Quorum, TIPS, PakEnergy, or similar) Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment Interested in hearing more?
