Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency medical treatment to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe any changes in condition.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Manage and prioritize multiple patient cases in urgent situations.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing, with pending or active NM/Compact license preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to float to similar units.
• Must be willing to work a 4x12-hour night shift schedule.
