Hours: 8 – 5:30
Responsibilities: Greeting patients and coordinating the operation of the check-in process
Answering telephone calls to office, taking accurate and complete messages
Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
Executing necessary pre-authorization as required by insurance companies
Maintain electronic and/or paper medical charts
Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical office or medical call center
Experience with high patient and high phone volume in medical administrative roles
Proficiency in Epic, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
Compensation: $20 – 24/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
