Looking for a role where you can build professional skills, work directly with customers, and learn the business side of sales? CT Team is looking for an Entry Level Account Representative to join our Wethersfield team.

We partner with established companies on promotional sales and marketing campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area. Our representatives connect with customers face-to-face, explain available products and services, and help drive customer acquisition.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys a people-focused environment, likes having goals to work toward, and is ready to learn through hands-on experience. We provide training, so you can develop your skills while gaining practical experience in sales and customer relations.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Meet with customers in person to introduce products and services.
• Communicate product information and promotional offers clearly.
• Build rapport with customers and provide a professional experience.
• Learn sales techniques and customer engagement strategies through hands-on training.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing coaching.
• Develop the communication and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in a customer-facing role.

Who Should Apply?

We are interested in people who are motivated, dependable, and comfortable interacting with others. You do not need a long sales resume to get started.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or another people-facing environment.
• Clear communication skills and a professional attitude.
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• An interest in sales, marketing, or business development.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Projected earnings: $600–$1,200 per week.
• First-month training pay: Guaranteed $600 per week or earned commission, whichever amount is higher.
• Benefits: Employer-sponsored benefits are not currently offered.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual sales performance.
