We are a rapidly growing commercial fire protection company seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, expand customer relationships, and drive growth throughout the Phoenix market.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and build customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and followup skills
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable prospecting, networking, and developing sales opportunities
• Organized and capable of managing multiple customers and proposals
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Experience in outside sales & commercial service
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Phoenix area
Industry Experience

Our structured sales development program combines classroom training, field ride-alongs, and ongoing coaching to help motivated sales professionals build technical expertise and maximize earning potential in the fire protection industry.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based compensation with substantial commission opportunity and no annual earnings cap.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new commercial customer relationships
• Generate repair proposals from inspection deficiencies
• Sell inspection and monitoring agreements
• Meet with property managers, facility managers, contractors, and business owners
• Conduct site visits and identify sales opportunities
• Follow up on proposals and maintain customer communication
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain organized pipeline and sales activity tracking
Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Fire protection sales
• HVAC sales
• Plumbing Sales
• Security/alarm systems sales
• Commercial service sales
• Construction or facilities services sales
