Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, utilizing this information to guide treatment strategies.

• Provide individualized, family-oriented, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to various therapeutic needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals, measurable outcomes, and effective interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for our clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance clients’ understanding of their experiences and foster shared growth.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients’ safety and emotional security.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for efficient tracking.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
