Sanderson Ford Sales Representative
Join Sanderson Ford where you will play a key role in driving our dealerships success by delivering outstanding customer service, expert product knowledge and a low pressure sales experience. Sanderson Ford is currently adding members to our outstanding sales staff due to some of our longest tenured associates retiring.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers post-sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales locally. Preferably with Ford.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets.
Basic understanding of financing options and sales contracts.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
