Review policies with clients during renewals or life changes to ensure they're properly covered.

Deliver excellent servicehandle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and provide quick, friendly solutions.

Be a brand ambassador in the Winter Park community, representing our agency in a positive, professional way.

Enjoy working on a small team where you wear many hats and make a big impact.

Communicate clearly by phone, text, and email, and keep calm under pressure.

Have a natural talent for building rapport and turning conversations into long-term relationships.

Obtain/Maintain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License.

Comfortable using technologyCRM systems, quoting software, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Competitive base pay plus bonuses for additional coverage sold to current clients.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
