Catering Sales Manager

Responsibilities Drive catering and event revenue through proactive prospecting, solicitation, networking, and relationship building. Respond to all incoming leads with urgency, creativity, and a personalized approach to maximize conversion and client satisfaction. Develop and present customized proposals, contracts, and event resumes tailored to client needs and hotel offerings. Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, BEO creation, timelines, and on-site execution. Deliver seamless guest experiences from inquiry through post-event follow-up. Conduct professional site tours showcasing the hotel’s unique venues, including the Arigato Suite, Library, pool deck, and restaurant patio. Partner closely with Food & Beverage, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure flawless execution and cross-departmental alignment. Participate in BEO meetings, GRC, and internal strategy sessions to support communication, forecasting, and operational excellence. Maintain accurate records, reporting, and account management within Marriott systems (CI/TY, MARSHA, MRDW). Ensure timely billing, revenue tracking, and completion of post-event processes. Schedule & Physical Requirements Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
