Functional Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Functional Business Analyst to join their team. As a Functional Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Business Analysis Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ

Pay Range: 45 -48 W2

What's the Job?

• Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

• Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and wireframes

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to facilitate system enhancements and new software development

• Perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs

• Support change management processes and oversee system configuration updates

What's Needed?

• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within ERP environments

• Proficiency with SAP modules including MDG, FIORI, and S4/HANA

• Experience with SQL, Ariba sourcing, and S4 contract modules is highly preferred

• Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
