We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to expand our presence throughout South Alameda County. What You'll Do
Execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed territory admission goals.
Build, maintain, and expand referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Identify and develop new referral sources while strengthening existing relationships.
Present disease-specific care programs using a consultative sales approach to educate referral partners and improve patient outcomes.
Prioritize accounts and develop strategic territory plans to maximize referral growth.
Analyze referral trends, market intelligence, competitor activity, and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage referral relationships, and meet monthly activity goals.
Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional patient care coordination.
Prepare territory reports and provide timely updates to leadership.
Represent the organization through community outreach, networking events, and educational opportunities to expand market presence.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales, physician liaison, business development, or account management experience.
Proven success developing referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, or other healthcare organizations.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently and consistently achieve sales goals.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually
