Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance, appearance, safety, and overall upkeep of a residential community in Peoria, AZ. This hands-on position will perform a variety of general property maintenance duties, including minor electrical and plumbing repairs, groundskeeping, landscaping, cleaning, and general facility upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property maintenance, facilities, groundskeeping, handyman, or general maintenance experience who enjoys working independently and handling a variety of tasks throughout the workday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform minor grounds and landscape maintenance to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community.
• Complete basic landscaping duties, including weeding, watering, planting, mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning.
• Pick up trash, waste, and debris throughout the community and properly dispose of materials.
• Help ensure sidewalks, walkways, and other pedestrian areas remain clean, clear, and safe.
• Clean gutters and assist with general exterior property maintenance.
• Perform first-line maintenance and minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, and other community equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, apartment maintenance, handyman work, or a related field preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of general repairs, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, landscaping, and property upkeep.
• Experience safely operating hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to day-to-day maintenance needs.
