Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina PT license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Productivity expectation: ability to manage approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours; approval required from director before working overtime.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Candidate must be a Physical Therapist. PTA applicants will not be accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Previous travel therapy experience or participation in a travel team is a plus.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Option to join a travel team at this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
• Must not float to other clinics.
