You arrive for a Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. shift (with some overtime) ready to own the reliability of electro‑mechanical and control systems. Your mission: keep equipment running safely, consistently, and at peak performance.

What you’ll tackle

• Execute preventive maintenance and swiftly troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues to maximize uptime.
• Identify root causes and implement fixes that cut downtime and boost throughput and quality.
• Create and carry out PM routines; interpret schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings to guide repairs.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement efforts that elevate safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Partner with operations to uphold SOPs and meet safety, food safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

About you (required)

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in electromechanical or industrial maintenance

Bonus points (preferred)

• Associate’s degree
• Allen‑Bradley PLC experience (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)

Tools and tech you’ll touch

• Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen‑Bradley)
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Conveyor systems
• Servo motors

Core skills to shine

• PLC troubleshooting
• Mechanical diagnostics and repair
• Working knowledge of 120/208/240/480 V systems
• Electrical installation and troubleshooting
• Industrial electrical systems and heavy‑equipment diagnostics
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics

Pay and benefits
