End User Support Technician

Our client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an End User Support Technician for their Charlotte, NC location. Responsibilities:

The technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve end user equipment-related issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Client facing role - requires good communication skill and excellent customer support attitude
Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning

Requirements:

Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to support users in office as well as factory floor where applicable
Years of experience: 8.00 years of experience
