# Agile Scrum MasterApply**Job#: 3037669****Job Description:****Agile Scrum Master****Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)****Duration: 10 months**Role OverviewWe are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to lead our Internal Hosting Agile teams. This role involves ensuring adherence to Agile principles, facilitating ceremonies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will enable the efficient execution of backlog-driven work that aligns with product and business priorities.Key Responsibilities* Serve as a Scrum Master for Internal Hosting Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.* Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies to foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture.* Remove impediments and blockers that impact team productivity or delivery timelines.* Monitor team progress and flow using Agile metrics such as throughput and cycle time.* Act as a coordination point between delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.* Support Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment activities.* Promote adherence to enterprise governance processes, including change management and compliance controls.Required Qualifications**Experience:*** 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead.* Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team performance in complex environments.* Experience working with infrastructure, network services, or hosting-related technologies.**Technical Skills:*** Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Preferred Qualifications* Experience within Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) or Network Services organizations.* Familiarity with Internal Hosting, data center, or cloud infrastructure domains.* Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increment (PI) planning.* Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master – CSM, SAFe Scrum Master). *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
