Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is required.
• Client requires familiarity with SNF documentation and care planning processes.
• Ability to manage caseloads common to post-acute and long-term care populations.
• Preferred: experience with restorative programs, gait training, and mobility device recommendations.
