Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience Full-time position with a Monday to Friday work schedule Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off Opportunity for career growth and professional development Collaborative work environment with a team of experienced professionals Chance to work on diverse and challenging projects across various sectors Job Details As a Construction Senior Estimator, you will: Prepare preliminary budgets, estimates, and detailed estimates for projects of varying size and complexity Analyze costs and prepare estimates Establish and maintain tender processes, examine and analyze tenders, and recommend tender awards Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to prepare estimates on cost changes Utilize estimating software and document management programs to create accurate and timely estimates Provide estimating data for both conceptual and hard bid projects Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and competitive bids Qualifications; The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating Strong math, organizational, analytical, writing, and communication skills Proficiency in estimating software such as Sage Timberline, On-center takeoff software, and Bluebeam Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project, and Procore Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills OSHA certifications (preferred) To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
