Job Duties:

Manages required documentation for projects, presentations, business cases, project vision documents, business requirements, data process flows, product release notes and product training documentation. Using both functional and technical knowledge, help users solve problems, design solutions, and help develop process and technology solutions that meet business needs. Conducts process analyses, needs assessments, and cost-benefit analysis for the corporate solutions team. Drive business units, vendors, and technology teams to identify and manage change agendas, prioritize work, and develop implementation plans. Responsible for leading the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements. Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision. Responsible for directing governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance. Work closely with the program management office (PMO) or project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised. Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt. Utilizes thorough working knowledge of various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios.

Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
