Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Conway area.
As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.
What You'll Do:✅ Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed
✅ Promote independence and community inclusion
✅ Monitor safety and provide overnight support
✅ Complete required documentation and reports
✅ Support individual goals and quality of life
WEEK 1
- Sunday: 12 pm - 8 pm
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 12 pm - 8 pm
- Wednesday: 12 pm - 8 pm
- Thursday: 1 pm - 9 pm
- Friday: 1 pm - 9 pm
- Saturday: OFF
WEEK 2
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: 12 pm - 8 pm
- Tuesday: 12 pm - 8 pm
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 1 pm - 9 pm
- Friday: 1 pm - 9 pm
- Saturday: 12 pm - 8 pm
