Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Financial Analyst The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing division level budgets and forecast. This position will analyze, interpret, and communicate timely and unbiased financial information to management to inform critical business decisions. Responsibilities Drives planning, budgeting and forecasting process by partnering with business owners. Supports monthly financial performance reporting and communications, including variance analysis, to functional and finance leaders Collaborates with cross-functional teams to perform sophisticated, high-impact persuasive analysis that drives strategic decision-making for all areas of the business. Supports process improvement efforts to achieve operational efficiency. Provides research and analytical support for projects and ad hoc requests. Supports development of analysis and models, including key drivers that impact business outcome. Interprets financial and other data to deliver insights and support decision making for business partners Qualifications 2+ years with Bachelor's degree A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
