Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARYThe FP&A Analyst will support strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in public accounting, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or similar analytical finance roles who are eager to apply strong modeling and analytical skills within an operating company.The role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders, with exposure to senior leadership and M&A-related initiatives.To be considered for this role, please submit your resume and cover letter describing why you are interested in the company and/or this role. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEIDEAL BACKGROUNDCorporate Finance Analyst, Accounting roles with strong analytical exposure, Investment Banking Analyst, Consulting Analyst, Transaction Advisory Analyst, or Valuation Analyst Experience in fast-paced, client-driven or stakeholder-heavy environmentsEXPERIENCE & HARD REQUIREMENTS1–2 years of professional experience in analytical finance, consulting, or transaction advisory role Hands-on experience with financial or accounting analysis, modeling, and valuationExperience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, or stakeholder-driven environmentsAdvanced Excel proficiencyCORE SKILLS, TOOLS & TECHNICAL CAPABILITIESFinancial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysisFinancial statement and accounting analysisAdvanced Excel and working knowledge of PowerPointStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneouslyAbility to independently solve open-ended, complex problems using dataEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree required. Written Comprehension and Expression — Ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.Oral Comprehension and Expression —Ability to understand and communicate so others can understand ideas and information.Computer – Advanced technical skills with accounts payable programs, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to update and maintain accounts payable procedure documents and software required by The Bay Club Company and regulatory agencies.
