Assembler/Supply Chain Manager Location: Saint Petersburg, FL Pay Rate: $20.00–$30.00/hour Job Overview This is a hands‑on position that involves assembling medical devices and performing supply chain management tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate must be technically inclined, detail‑oriented, and highly accountable. Daily Management Responsibilities Report daily on KPI performance. Conduct QCP (Quality Check Points) for team members and assist in process improvement. Identify and understand variances from targeted KPI levels. Present management with action plans to address performance gaps and ensure performance improvement. Production Responsibilities Assemble subcomponents such as wire harnesses and other small components. Assemble medical devices according to strict FDA guidelines and detailed Work Instructions. Review example work instructions and associated results blocks for devices. Supply Chain Responsibilities Receive inbound components, verify order accuracy, and perform quality inspections/testing. Manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and proper storage. Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company procedures. Requirements Ownership & Accountability : Demonstrates commitment to doing things right the first time. We have documented Work Instructions for every process, which must be followed every time. Paperwork must be completed thoroughly and accurately with no exceptions. Technical Skills & Precision Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Experience using basic hand tools for assembly. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed. Work Ethic & Detail-Oriented Mindset Willing to learn quickly and take ownership of daily responsibilities. Self‑motivated with the ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
