AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they're looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (We'll teach you everything you need to know.) Be passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Act as an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while following company policy. Serve as a team player, always willing to assist your team in getting the job done. Maintain integrity, doing the right thing and always adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.

YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love interacting with people. You have high energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY / BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and other benefits at AEO's discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time, exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
