Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Role Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day, providing an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty, and representing company values with authenticity. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist the team in getting the job done. Act with integrity and follow AEO’s policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people.
