Implementation Lead for Health Benefits

Leading the end-to-end onboarding of new employer groups and TPA partners, the full-time remote Implementation Lead for Health Benefits will manage the implementation lifecycle, ensuring accurate setup and effective communication while standardizing processes for improved efficiency. Key responsibilities: Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new employer groups and TPA partners, ensuring timely and accurate go-lives Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones and address any risks or blockers Serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, and TPAs, maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the implementation process Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or project management within self-funded health benefits or TPA operations Working knowledge of self-funded medical and pharmacy plan design, including relevant compliance regulations Direct experience managing complex healthcare implementations with fixed effective dates Fluency in the employer and TPA distribution channel dynamics Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Virtual Vocations Inc
